Refund policy
1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return except if they have defects in manufacturing.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error.
