Refund policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return except if they have defects in manufacturing.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

5. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error.
